Apprenticeships

Everton in the Community, in conjunction with the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) and Liverpool Community College, is now in the second year of its successful apprenticeship programme.

The programme offers opportunities for driven individuals, who are passionate about sport and developing a career in the sports industry.

The apprenticeship programme will last over a period of 48 weeks and in that time you will work, learn and earn as an employee of Everton in the Community, as well as gaining a range of industry recognised qualifications.

In three intakes across the year, we look to take on apprentices to work for the Charity and Club in a variety of roles such as: 

  • Disability Coach
  • Everton 4 Employment Tutor
  • Multi-Sports Coach
  • PE Technician
  • Social Inclusion Coach
  • IT Assistant
  • Assistant Sports Development Officer

While working for us, you will undertake an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a subject related to your job, such as Sport Activity Leadership, Customer Service or Business Administration.

You will also have the opportunity to work toward qualifications in First Aid, ICT, FA coaching badges… to name a few!
